TEEN CHOICE AWARDS 2017: WARNER CHANNEL ANUNCIA SEGUNDA OLA DE NOMINADOS

Descubre quiénes son los ganadores durante la transmisión del show de premiación el próximo 13 de agosto.

A tan sólo un mes de su 19ª edición, los Teen Choice Awards surfean la segunda y definitiva ola de nominaciones para que los adolescentes voten a sus artistas favoritos del mundo del cine, la televisión, la música, los deportes y las redes sociales. El show, cuyos hosts se anunciarán en los próximos días, será transmitido en vivo por Warner Channel el próximo domingo 13 de agosto, a las 19.00 (COL / MEX) / 20.00 (VEN) / 21.00 (ARG / CHI) horas.

En esta segunda ronda de nominaciones destacan algunos habituales en las pantallas de Warner Channel. En la categoría Villanos de TV esperan ser elegidos Cory Michael Smith (Edward Nygma en Gotham), Grant Gustin (Barry Allen en su versión malvada en The Flash), Josh Segarra (Adrian Chase o Prometheus en Arrow), Mark Pellegrino (Lucifer en Supernatural) y Teri Hatcher (Rhea en Supergirl). En el segmento Estrellas Revelación de TV llegan dos estrellas de Riverdale: K. J. Apa (Archie Andrews) y Lili Reinhart (Betty Cooper). También serán premiadas aquellas parejas de gran química que encantaron a la audiencia en el apartado TV ‘Ship, como Eliza Tayloy (Clarke Griffin) y Bob Morley (Bellamy Blake), por The 100; Lili Reinhart y Cole Sprouse (Jughead), por Riverdale; y Chris Wood (Mon-El) con Melissa Benoist (Cara Danvers), por Supergirl. Para el Mejor Beso también compiten la dupla Wood-Benoist, mientras que dos compañeras de Riverdale postulan en otras dos secciones: Madelaine Petsch (Cheryl Blossom) en Ataque de Ira, y Camila Mendes (Verónica Lodge) en Ladrón de Escenas.

En el resto de las nominaciones de la segunda ola destacan las menciones a Selena Gomez, que tiene ocho postulaciones, mientras que Justin Bieber llega a siete. Entre los títulos, junto a Riverdale, con 6 categorías en competencia, destacan la película La Bella y la Bestia y la serie juvenil Teen Wolf.

Los Teen Choice Awards son elegidos a través de votación popular, la cual se realiza a través de la página oficial de los premios o por medio de Twitter, siguiendo las reglas establecidas para validar cada escrutinio. La primera ola cerró sus postulaciones el día 22 de junio, mientras que la segunda ola lo hará el 19 de julio.

Entre los primeros nominados a los Teen Choice Awards de este año, Warner Channel logró menciones a sus series Riverdale, Supernatural, Supergirl, The Flash, The 100, Arrow, Gotham y Arma Mortal. Los actores destacados fueron Jensen Ackles, Chris Wood, Clayne Crawford, Stephen Amell y Grant Gustin, mientras que entre las actrices hay postulaciones para Caity Lotz, Candice Patton, Danielle Panabaker, Emily Bett Rickards, Jordana Brewster y Melissa Benoist.

Los Teen Choice Awards se transmitirán en vivo por Warner Channel el domingo 13 de agosto, a las 19.00 (COL / MEX) / 20.00 (VEN) / 21.00 (ARG / CHI) horas.
