- John F. Kennedy International Airport | Jamaica, Queens | Ongoing
- Building on the recently completed Terminal 8 (T8) Expansion project, John F. Kennedy Airport announced a $125 million commercial redevelopment initiative, including 300+ new concessions and 60+ new retail offerings, emphasizing local, minority and women-owned businesses. JFK also saw the groundbreaking of the new, upcoming $4.2 million redevelopment of Terminal 6, which will occupy the site of the former Terminal 6 and Terminal 7. Construction is also currently underway at Terminal 1, which will become a state-of-the-art terminal with 23 gates and 300,000 square feet of dining, retail, lounges and recreation, expected to open in 2026.
